Ok, in this post, again i'm sorry there isn't gonna be any pics.. cos apparently i was too week to take random pics of the room and because i have a roomate now.. yes.. a roomate in quarantine.. how does THAT work.. and ok.. this WHOLLLEEEE post is gonna be all words AGAIN.. i really duno why u ppl are so lazy to read lol.. words are nais =).. oh and not only is this post gonna be all words, it's gonna be me releasing the inner child within me and ranting about everything i wanna rant about =)

1st of all.. why why why do i have to fall sick now.. ok so i get to skip my midterm.. but i'd rather not.. now my other exams INCLUDING my finals have a higher percentage because my missed midterm is spread out among the others.. furthermore..

There is a pool tournament in michigan this friday and we're supposed to leave by 11am friday morning.. thing is.. I'M IN EFFING QUARANTINE TILL SATURDAY.. doc said only way i can get out of quarantine is if i can show that i dun have any fever or any symptoms of the flu for a full 24 hours.. means i have to get better by TOMORROW.. show them that i'm ok for 24 hours (thursday) then only would i be able to go on friday...

I REALLY WANNA GO MICHIGAN OMGGGGG.. it's like.. me and this other guy (both of us 1st year students) came in this semester and instantly made names for ourselves in pool.. then the pool club seniors were wondering whether to send one team or two teams to michigan.. before that, they had to pick between me and this other guy for the last spot in the 8 players, and they made us play a match for it.. i won like 6-0 (lol sorry alex if u ever read this).. SEE HOW MUCH I WANNA GO T_T.. and JUST when they confirmed that they are sending two teams, i end up in quarantine.. FMLLLLLL!!!!!!!

ANOTHER thing about the weekend.. MaSA is going up to Chicago for another raya celebration with the MSD (malaysian student department) people and other ppl.. on saturday.. i told them i wouldn't be able to make it cos i'm going to michigan.. Now if i end up not going to michigan, i'm gonna miss the chicago trip also.. ARRGHBABALLHLAHLBALHBLAHBLABH....

TO make matters worse.. yuin yi just smsed me saying that she and pui yin are gonna have this mooncake celebration thingi (with lanterns) this friday night.. and she said that she needs a headcount cos the seniors want to have dinner with us so need to make reservation at restaurant.. HOW CAN I CONFIRM ANYTHING NOWWWW?!?!?! T_T it's like.. ok.. two things that can possibly happen..

1)I go to michigan, play pool like no tomorrow.. happy drew.

2)I miss the michigan trip cos i can't recover quick enough, miss the chicago trip cos i expected myself to be in michigan and told them no, AND miss the mooncake/lantern festival dinner/party because i'm effing still stuck in quarantine.. not so happy drew. T_T

And thing is.. i can already see the 2nd one coming true.. and it allll boils down to WHYYYY DO I EFFFFING HAVE TO GET SICK NAOOOOO?!?!?!?!?

2nd.. Did i mention i have a roomate now? 1st of all.. WHY DO I ALWIZ GET A ROOMATE FROM A BLOODY CHINESE SPEAKING COUNTRY?!?!?! it's effing bad enough that my brain is having headache like a techno club.. now i have to waste more brain juice to translate stuff to chinese.. furthermore, i don't know whether it's the china ppl.. but they seem to have effing no respect for other's people's stuff.. give u example.. they'll sit on ur bed like their own bed.. den like use ur com.. ok so he asked for my permission.. THEN HE EFFING DOWNLOADED ALL OF HIS CHINESE SHIT onto my com.. like duno wtf QQ... and all sorts of other shit.. YOU DON'T DOWNLOAD STUFF INTO OTHER'S PEOPLE'S COMPUTERS WITHOUT ASKING THEM GODDAMNIT WTF DON'T YOU LEARN COURTESY IN EFFING CHINA OMG...

MOREOVER... i think he's some super duno how to get attention guy.. 1st few questions he asked me was "hey do u want to watch a movie together? i have alot of movies in my harddisk.. we could use your laptop".. and i'm like "no thanks.. =)" but in my mind i was like

this is gonna be a painfully long 5 days here in quarantine... SIGH...

oh and other stuff i want to rant about.. WHAI ARE THAR NO GRAPES IN US OMG.. i was actually dreaming of grapes just now.. and i realised i haven't seen grapes since i got here T_T..

OH and guess what.. i JUSTTT found out that 100plus is a malaysian brand.. omg.. i'm not gonna see my fav isotonic drink for a long long time nuuuuuuuuuuuu T_T_T_T

Okay fine... I admit i have been neglecting my blog.. and i have a perfectly good excuse for it..

you know what ok i don't.. Just that i couldn't find enough time to sit in front of the com long enough to write out a whole post.. either somebody will call me for mahjong (YES I FOUND MAHJONG KAKI HERE WOOOTZZZZZZ, and i'll talk more about that later..) or pool.. or like.. something else.. i got ppl 10pm can randomly call me "hey drew u wanna play pool?" how to say no leh? lol...

So let's talk about mahjong.. Oh before that... I KNOW YOU LAZY ASS PEOPLE DON'T LIKE READING A HUGE BUNCH OF WORDS.. but DEAL WITH IT.. lolololol.. this whole post is gonna be ONE BIG CHUNK of words.. just cos i haven't been taking pics recently.. nothing nice to take pics of... =\

Oh okay.. mahjong.. I went for this DDR tournament.. and i got 3rd place.. (Hon lin if u ever read this... IN YOUR FACEEE!!!! LOLOLOLOL).. so then they were like just sitting around talking.. den i overheard somebody say mahjong.. so i was like "i'm sorry for evesdropping.. but did i hear somebody say mahjong?" he was like yeah.. we play mahjong about 2-3 times a week... and i was like.. *HAAAAAALELLUJAHHH~~".. but then they told me they played japanese mahjong.. so i was like.. no big.. i'll just wikipedia up the rules.. which i did.. and went to play with them and pwned the angmoh LOL..

Ok.. now about the title.. YES I MAY BE DIAGNOSED WITH H1N1... and YES for ALLLLLL u people out there i KNOW i can't stay away from hospitals but this time it isn't my fault k.. there isn't no transportation or objects involved in my admittance to hospital LOL.... Yesterday night i was like all feverish.. and i took a bath and panadol and it didn't go down.. went up tim.. i think i hit like 39.7 celcius wtf... thing is.. I have to wait till 8am for the hospital to open.. so i was like suffering in bed with a severe headache and all till 8am....

Then i dragged my sorry ass.. yes.. i WALKED to the hospital.. and got diagnosed and blah blah blah... den they were like.. ok.. u definitely have the flu.. we're gonna take a blood test and a culture of ur throat to determine whether it is swine flu.. i was like.. orhhhhhh.. i was too damn weak to say or think anything.. so i got another bunch of needles stuck into my left arm.. (that makes 4 needles in 3 days jabbed into my left arm.. nice)..

They then told me that i have to quarantined so they arranged with my dorm advisor to like find me a single room where i can be locked up for 5 days.. so now at this point in time i'm in a room, that actually looks like a hotel room.. with tv and computer and kitchen and fridge with stuff that i can take anytime LOL.. and erm.. other random nonsense =D OH AND MY OWN BATHROOM WOOH... (i think i should get sick more often..) got sofa all.. super comfortable this room.. hahaha..

Thing is.. i can't even walk from one end of the room to another cos my headache will kill me.. it's like.. imagine knives impaling ur skull with the tempo of a hardcore techno beat.. yeah that's about it.. and like.. the fever.. and the body aches.. i just wanna lie in bed the whole effing day.. sigh...

Hey one thing's for sure, be proud of me, i actually went to see a doctor and didn't say "ah it's nothing i'll recover soon..." =) (although i know i will)... hahahahaha... hrmm.. maybe it's the quarantine and the king treatment that made me see the doc.. OH and i have a week off from classes.. =D.. and the best thing is.. IT'S MIDTERM WEEK LOL... apparently they'll inform my lecturers that i'm out and not possible to come to class.. and it'll all be settled.. oh joy~ haha...

I tried studying earlier.. but once i opened my book i felt like a samurai sword stabbing my brain lol.. so that phailed.. guess i'll study when i feel better.. but then again.. WTH am i gonna do locked up in a room for a week?!?!?!?!? It's bad enough that i'm crazy hyperactive.. now what.. it's like... i duno.. a chipmunk on estacy locked up in a tiny cage.. (do NOT ask me where i thought of that from) lol...

Oh cool somebody just came to deliver my dinner.. looks like i'm having two drumsticks, a side of some kinda beef and some mashed potatoes.. hmm.. looks so depressing =\.. owell guess that's dinner/lunch for the next one week... i really really hope i get better soon.. this is killing me.. and it's not the physical impairment that is killing me.. it's the ************* (alyssa u should know what this is supposed to be LOL) boredom.. T_T...

Anyway.. since u lazy-as-hell people want pics so much.. i decided to be a nice guy and do a next post about this room all with pics.. ok? don't emo la people.. reading is good for u.. =) don't just see blogs for pics.. not good ya know? =D

NOT GOOD OKAY... it's 2am here and I'M STILL WIDE AWAKE wtf...... talk about effective... i took that when i was like tired and sleepy.. i SWEAR... when i took that, LITERALLY my eyes became more open and clearer... NO KIDDING... so since i'm wide awake.. i shall blog..=)

I went for football in the afternoon.. then i went for volleyball at night LOL.. healthy leh.. i didn't even take dinner worried that i'll screw up my appendix.. and since medical bill isn't cheap, i shall TRY HARD to prevent myself from ending up like this........AGAIN.. =.=

I know.. despite being in the hospital bed, AND not able to clench my fingers together, i'm STILL a camwhore =)

SO yeah... in volleyball.. went to the ARC.. WHICH stands for.... Activities and Recreation Center.. i THINK... So........ ahh just see the pics =.=

SOOOOooooo... after i came back from volleyball... my roomate told me that there was this dance party out in one of the lounges of my dorm.. so we went to check it out... apprently.. it was held by the USSGA... any idea what that stands for? =)

It stands for Urbana(that's the town i'm in) south straight-gay alliance.. LOL.. ever been in a room filled with guys dancing with their hands around other guys? i SWEAR it's an eye opener... I walked over to the snack counter (it was free.. free stuff = good LOL).. and took a cupcake and a drink.. THIS drink...

that i SWEARRRRR it tastes EXACTLLYYYYYY like cocacola.. =.= while i was eating that cupcake.. some guy came up to me and asked if i wanna dance.. i was like "yeah sure after i'm done with this..".. AS SOON as i was done i left the room.. hey it's scary k.. T_T.. but i got like some freebies from them.. some squishy toy, a wristband.. some snacks.. that drink... yeah.. =)

Went to Penn station (some stall that i can buy food from in my dorm).. and bought something to eat cos i was hungry cos i didn't eat dinner.. so i was like looking around what to buy.. and i bought.......

A SALAD!!!! be proud of me people... hahaha... that was my dinner =D lol.. i feel so proud of myself lol.. i feel so healthy wheee =D hahaha...

Updates, nothing much since i last updated, OH.. this sem would be the 1st time i'm studying from a e-book.. course on natural disasters.. did my 1st online assignment on it today.. hope that went well.. if my eyesight increases, IT'S BECAUSE I'M STUDYING ONLINE OKAY.. =D

09/09/09.. not exactly a very nice day for me.. was late to class cos i misplaced my key, then i found it at the place it was supposed to be just under a sheet of paper.. oh the irritation... gah..

Hrm.. questions to ask urself.. what would u do, when u leave a place that ur familiar with into foreign territory.. and u have friends back home, and new friends in that new place.. ESPECIALLY those who are leaving, or knows somebody who's leaving..

Will you lose the friends u have back home?

Will your old friends desert you?

Will you be too caught up with keeping friends back home that you can't make new friends?

Do you think you will be forgotten?

Do you think you've made enough an impact in the lives of your friends back home that they won't forget you?

Do you think you can be accepted in the new place?

CJ thought me a valuable lesson this morning.. He said that we shouldn't classify friends as "old friends, new friends, subang friends, US friends".. friends are FRIENDS.. no difference between them.. They should have equal priority, an equal place in ur heart.. I find that very true, especially when priority seems to be an issue for some people..

Just in case you want my answers to those questions i asked.........

I KNOW i won't lose my friends back home,

I KNOW my friends back home won't desert me.

I will balance both my new friends AND my old ones..

I HOPE i won't be forgetten, i HOPE that i've made an impact on people's lives...

Last but not least, i wouldn't know if i'll be accepted, but that wouldn't stop me from trying. =)

Alright guys, since i've been bombarding you people with words for the last 3-4 posts.. i'm gonna give all ur eyes a break and give u some pics to look at.. these pics were all taking in this place near my dorm called PAR fields.. I've circled out the place in the map below.. See the red thingi? =)

So yeah.. i got bored, so i decided to go there to take some pics.. see in the map looks quite small rite... WRONG.. it's like... woah.. =.=... there are 3 footBALL fields, 2 rugby fields, one small-goal-football-field, 4 baseball courts.... so yeah.. just see the pics.... lol..
